They have a few u tube videos. Exercise top bar tack and stop the needle on the left side. Reduce stitch width and sew down commencement leg. So bar tack bottom and terminate the needle on the right side. Plough material 180° reduce stitch width and sew down the last leg. Looks skilful on paper. Lol
